The themes that tell the story of the Old Testament

As you begin the semester, I encourage you to commit these Old Testament themes to memory. Each week we will add one or two. Hopefully, you will know all of the themes by the end of the semester. Then, you will remember the historical flow of the entire Old Testament story long after this class. Come up with physical actions or hand gestures that represent each theme. Or if you like to draw, draw pictures for each theme. These can be a helpful (and "fun) way to remember them. Share them or teach them to someone else like your family or friends.
