The Gospel of John
Read through the book of John. There are no reading questions this week. However, there is an assignment that concentrates on comparing the Gospel of John with one of the other three Gospels.

John 1:1-2, 14 (NIV)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning.
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
In these verses from John 1, John identified Jesus as both God and man.
